Welcome to our fellow citizens accessing the official web site to get information on the activity of the City Hall, and welcome to all visitors from other cities and countries, who want to find out about the daily life of the city, learn about its past and its cultural values, about its citizens or its present and future expectations.

We permanently offer our fellow citizens useful information about the daily life of the city: decisions of the Local Council, public works for developing the infrastructure, cultural actions and activities, and so on.
 We are happy to share our thoughts , ideas and projects, thus hoping to contribute to the renewal of the image of the city and its economic development. We take a pride in acknowledging that, as proven on the occasion of local elections, there are no inter-ethnic tensions in Satu Mare, these having been completely wiped out from the decisional activity of the Local Council.

Being well-informed about city activities and the actual conjuncture, I feel fully confident to assert that our entire community is achieving a growing rate of succes while striving to regain and preserve its spiritual values. We must not forget that every citizen’s opinion counts.
